Abigail Elorm Bedzra is a Chartered Accountant currently serving with the Research and Innovation Directorate at the University of Ghana.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana and brings a strong foundation in Business, Information Technology, and Financial Analytics. Abigail possesses extensive expertise in Project Accounting and Financing, with specialized knowledge in managing the financial and regulatory requirements for donor-funded research initiatives.
Beyond her professional achievements, Abigail is deeply committed to community development and equity, demonstrated through her active involvement in social clubs and organizations that promote personal growth and inclusive opportunities.
Abigail’s diverse skill set and dedication to fostering growth and development make her a valuable asset in both professional and community-focused initiatives.

Emma Johnson is a passionate advocate for gender equality and social justice, with a deep commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality. Her work with the social welfare department and family tribunal exposed her to the social injustices faced by women, children, and persons with disabilities, sparking her dedication to supporting marginalized groups.
With a background in Family and Consumer Sciences (Family and Child Option), Emma focuses on promoting inclusive policies, raising community awareness, and driving initiatives that challenge societal norms to create equitable opportunities for all. Her commitment extends to mentoring teens through her weekly church work, empowering the next generation to achieve their full potential.
Emma aspires to become a juvenile lawyer or a child development/educational psychologist, aiming to advocate for and uplift vulnerable groups. She actively collaborates with NGOs such as The Blossom Project and Virtue: The Restoration Hub, working to build a more inclusive society. Emma firmly believes that gender equality is essential for sustainable development and societal progress.

Karen Nyaniba Afriyie is a dedicated professional with over four years of experience in data management, research, and project implementation. She is passionate about leveraging technology and data-driven insights to create solutions that promote equity and empower communities.
Karen holds an MSc in Health Informatics from the University of Ghana, equipping her with advanced skills in information management, data analysis, and digital tools to address real-world challenges. Her technical expertise spans Microsoft Office, JAVA, ArcGIS, Oracle Database, STATA, and AI tools, enabling her to solve complex problems and deliver impactful results.
Throughout her career, Karen has successfully led and supported initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery, advocating for gender equality, and expanding educational access. She excels in collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing intricate systems, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Driven by a commitment to empowering underserved communities and bridging systemic gaps, Karen embodies integrity, resilience, and innovation in her work. She is passionate about inspiring positive transformation and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Debora Afua Antwiwaa Addo is a tech-savvy professional with a solid foundation in data analytics, finance, and risk management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and a Master of Philosophy in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Ghana, showcasing her strong academic background and exceptional analytical capabilities.
With three years of experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana Business School, Debora has honed her ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and foster academic excellence.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Debora demonstrates a deep commitment to community service. Her active involvement in organizations like Home & Urban Missions highlights her dedication to creating a positive impact and contributing meaningfully to societal development.
A meticulous problem solver and driven professional, Debora is well-equipped to excel in dynamic environments, leveraging her expertise and passion for innovation to deliver meaningful results.

Irene is a passionate individual who is driven by goals with up to 10 years experience and skills in administration, Operations Management and Human Resource Management and currently a Senior Assistant Registrar at Academic City University. She is strong willed, a good team player and leader, she involved diligently in many social clubs where she led her teams mostly, she is a good communicator and an advocate. She stands for Equity, Diversion and Inclusion, Irene also believes in empowering the youth especially young women towards capacity building and development - this, she has taken up many volunteering roles on committees for empowering the youth in her community.
She has a strong belief that making impact on generations to come is a real legacy. Having worked as an administrator under the USAID- Ghana Sustainable Fisheries Management Program, she has worked with people with diverse backgrounds and left with the expertise in providing training and empowering young people especially women. Aside Irene’s professional and cooperate experience she has the desire to always give back society through empowerment.
With a background in the study of Law, she is convinced that gender inequality is a serious discrimination and disservice to society.She brings on board a multi skills in leadership and management.
